Exterior Home Improvements
If you wish to make any exterior home improvements, including planting and removing trees, remember to get Board approval prior to beginning any work.

FRIENDLY REMINDER
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR TRASH CANS OUTSIDE FOR MORE THAN 24 HOURS! At the Board's discretion, you can be fined for each day your trash cans are left out.
CLUBHOUSE RENTAL CANCELLATION
- Please see the Clubhouse Rental Agreement for cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your reservation for the clubhouse, please reach out to management. 314-454-0800
How to Reserve your Party
**Please Note New Clubhouse Reservation Payment Policy and Fees**
Click on "Book" below and follow the prompts. You must enter an email address to book your party. Go to "Downloads" and click on Clubhouse Rental Agreement to print. Follow agreement instructions for paying your reservation fees (due within 2 weeks from date of booking).
Obtaining Keys
To obtain keys prior to your party, call or text Tom Walsh at
314-571-8055. Be sure to schedule your "after party" inspection with Tom.
Clubhouse Rental Refund
Once your "after party inspection" has been completed and keys are returned, your refund will be mailed to you. If there are damages you will be notified immediately. PLEASE READ ENTIRE RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR FURTHER DETAILS.
